‘This Is So Wrong’: Pennsylvania Mother Accused of Handcuffing 11-Year-Old Son to Fuel Tank in Basement ‘to Control Him’ While She Works

A Pennsylvania woman faces multiple charges after allegedly handcuffing her 11-year-old son to a fuel tank in the basement of their home. Police first encountered the child’s siblings, who told them their brother was handcuffed to the railing at the top of his bunk bed, according to WHTM. The child told police that his mother initially handcuffed his leg to an oil tank in the basement. After he freed himself, he accidentally handcuffed himself to his bed.
