Leon Prieto has been appointed assistant dean of strategic initiatives and community engagement for the College of Business at Clayton State University in Morrow, Georgia. He currently serves the university as a professor of management and director of the Center for Social Innovation and Sustainable Entrepreneurship. Additionally, he serves as a research fellow for the Cambridge Centre for Social Innovation in the Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge in England. Dr. Prieto received a bachelor’s degree in management from Claflin University, a historically Black university in Orangeburg, South Carolina. He earned his master of business administration degree from Georgia Southern University and his Ph.D. in human resource and leadership development from Louisiana State University. Kofi Afrifah has been named assistant professor in the department of criminal justice at Bowie State University in Maryland. Most recently, Dr. Afrifah worked for the United States Department of Forensic Sciences in Washington, District of Columbia. He has held academic appointments at the University of Ghana, the University of Cape Town, and the University of the Free State in South Africa.
