Two unidentified suspects graffiti downtown property

Two unidentified suspects were recorded by security cameras painting graffiti on property belonging to three businesses on either late Friday night or early Saturday morning, per downtown business owners who contacted Livingston Police.
One of the individuals caught on camera at the Fainting Goat wore a yellow raincoat and sneakers or crocs, carrying an umbrella and a spray paint can, while the other appeared to be a bystander.
