Vehicle Stolen From Reduit

Police have received a report that a vehicle was stolen from Reduit on Thursday after the owner parked the 2000 Suzuki Escudo, PE864, on the road outside his home. It was the second time that thieves had made off with the Escudo. Some years ago, after the vehicle had disappeared, it was recovered virtually intact at Ciceron, Castries. In recent months, Saint Lucia has witnessed a spate of vehicle thefts. In some cases, the vehicles have been recovered, usually after being stripped of parts.
