WATCH: Police Commissioner Looks Forward To New Custody Suites

Police Commissioner Cruscita Descartes-Pelius says she and members of the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force (RSLPF) are looking forward to the new custody suites. The facility is currently under construction. The Office of the Prime Minister has said that the new custody suites will alleviate pressure on police stations outside of the capital, improve operational logistics, and enhance security measures in the city. The new Custody Suites will have eight holding cells – seven for males and one for females.
