WATCH: Rep. Jasmine Crockett holds her own against attack by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene

During a House Oversight Committee hearing Thursday on a resolution to hold Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, a Georgia Republican known for hate-filled outbursts and race baiting, decided to go on the attack and said that the “fake eyelashes” worn by Rep. Jasmine Crockette, a Texas Democrat, were hindering her ability to work.Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., demanded that Greene apologize before Crockett responded to Greene’s words. The hearing was over a resolution to hold Garland in contempt for declining a request by House Republicans to turn over audio of an interview with President Biden.
