The WayMaker Men’s Summit, held on Sept. 6 and 7 at the iconic Willis Tower in Chicago, was a transformative gathering for Black men that celebrated innovation, community empowerment and the pursuit of social justice.&
The event showcased a diverse coalition of leaders, activists and influencers, all united in their commitment to fostering change and uplifting marginalized voices.&
The Teen Summit on Day 2 provided a safe and empowering space for the one thousand young men in attendance.&
Attendees included prominent figures like Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson, Jesse Jackson, Sr., Nick Cannon, Kyrie Irving, and authors like Ijeoma Oluo, alongside local entrepreneurs and grassroots organizers.&
The conference was not just an assembly of ideas but a vibrant platform for dialogue, featuring inspiring keynote speeches, panel discussions and workshops to equip participants with the tools to effect change in their communities.&
Grooming services were offered exclusively for all male participants, featuring facials, massages, manicures and haircuts.
