Weasel’s wife Sandra Teta Explains Choice for Children to Speak Only English

In an online interview, Teta expressed her perspective, emphasizing her discomfort in witnessing young children speaking Luganda or Kinyarwanda. “My kids don’t speak Luganda or Kinyarwanda, they only speak English, why because to me it feels weird to see a little child speak Luganda. It feels so bad. Because I too, when growing up we didn’t speak our mother-tongue. But with time as they grow up, they will learn it,” Teta explained during the interview. Sandra Teta and Weasel Manizo have been in a committed relationship for almost seven years now. The couple, who have been together for a considerable period, are proud parents to two children.
