On February 20, 2025, Scouting America's Laurel Highlands Council celebrated the 36th Annual Whitney M. Young Jr. Service Awards Dinner at Sheraton Pittsburgh Hotel. Keynote speaker Oscar Harris inspired attendees, while honorees included George Robinson II, Robert M. Lavelle, and Darrell Smalley for their commitment to equity and inclusion.
