With an extensive background in financial literacy, strategic planning, and community engagement, Pleasant brings expertise to support the financial growth and stability of minority-owned businesses in the region. Pleasant joins MBAC from the Urban League of Greater Southwest Ohio, where he served as a Financial Empowerment Coach. In this role, he provided one-on-one coaching to clients, helping them build financial stability through personal finance strategies, budgeting, credit building, and entrepreneurship workshops.
