From time to time, we all feel the blues.  As we emerge from a global pandemic, a period that affected us all mentally and physically, it’s no wonder people are struggling. We were isolated and separated. Tensions were high. Fear was high. Social Media Use We live in a highly connected world, where people zip around on their smartphones juggling a million different tasks at once. While social media can be great for connecting and getting things done, it can also have the opposite effect.  Research has shown that excessive time on sites like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter (now X), is linked to all kinds of psychological conditions. People become anxious, waiting for that notification or ping.
