It aims to revitalize vacant properties sustainably, focusing on cultural, social, economic, and environmental benefits.Acquired in 2021, The Aux's renovation budget shifted from $6 million to $10 million, aided by both public and private funding. The city has invested $1 million into this promising hub, expected to host over 40 Black businesses and generate 30 jobs. Grand opening is set for May 10, 2025.
