While property prices have soared nationwide, certain cities in Georgia stand out with their exorbitant real estate costs. Using data from Zillow, Stacker identified Georgia's cities with the priciest homes, with rankings based on the Zillow Home Values Index as of May 2025. The highest concentration of valuable homes is found in the Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Alpharetta metro area.
