Here, Bay View Publisher WillieRatcliff speaks for the Black world in 2003 just before the start of the Iraq War. Calling foreconomic opportunity at home and no more war, he’s speaking in front of San Francisco’sgilded City Hall to a crowd of a quarter million people.
