Emmanuel Takes the Helm Again as SLOC Chief

In 2021, Alfred Emmanuel succeeded Fortuna Belrose as president of the Saint Lucia Olympic Committee. Following a historic year, he continues for another term. The recent AGM celebrated Julien Alfred's groundbreaking achievements and appointed Helena Renee Emmanuel as treasurer. Keith Joseph extended congratulations to the new board.
