Forsyth Tech Athletics has officially established a seven-year alliance with Pepsi Bottling Ventures, confirming the presence of Pepsi and Gatorade products at all college athletic happenings. This collaboration, effective immediately, introduces an array of Pepsi's offerings, including energizing beverages like Gatorade, into competitions, training sessions, and various events at Forsyth Tech. Shelly Barnes, the college’s athletics director, emphasized the reciprocal benefits of this agreement. She stated, “This partnership perfectly aligns with our goals and delivers tangible advantages to both Forsyth Tech and the surrounding community.” Pepsi Bottling Ventures acknowledges this collaboration as a chance to engage with students and community members while underscoring their commitment to local involvement. Ronnie Shupe, Food Service Manager, expressed enthusiasm for supporting aspiring leaders, aiming to power their academic and athletic journeys. This agreement extends until 2032.
