(Special to The Dallas Examiner) – GLENN HEIGHTS – The city of Glenn Heights, incorporated in 1969, is located along Interstate Highway 35 – East. With communities divided between Dallas and Ellis counties, the 7.2 sq. miles-city is rapidly growing – creating more needs for its diverse community.To meet the needs of its young citizens with disabilities, the city will present a grand opening of its All-Abilities Park located at the Glenn Heights City Center, 1938 S. Hampton Road., Dec. 6 at 6 p.m.The fully inclusive park will offer a fun, engaging and accessible environment for individuals of all ages and abilities to come together and enjoy a variety of recreational activities.
