On September 6, Arkansas football enthusiasts gathered at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock for a highly anticipated rivalry match featuring Arkansas State University against the University of Arkansas. Unfortunately, the tailgate celebration escalated into violence when an aggressive fan initiated a confrontation with several women at the event.In a troubling video, Charles Lockert was observed restraining one woman in a headlock and forcefully slamming another’s face against a vehicle, purportedly over a disagreement regarding loud music. Fortunately, the situation could have been dire if not for a group of intervening Black men who stepped in to assist.Paulesha Dorse, who recorded and shared the incident on social media, noted that Lockert seemed incensed he couldn’t hear the game. Despite escaping initially, he attempted to re-engage the women shortly after but ultimately faced consequences. Lockert was later apprehended by authorities and charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
