Wilmington, DE – The 2nd Annual Hip Hop Cultural Summit is set to take place at the Delaware Art Museum on Saturday, October 26, 2024, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Presented by AllHipHop, Guerrilla Republik, and the Delaware Art Museum, the event promises to highlight the intersection of Hip Hop and social justice, with Public Enemy co-founder Flavor Flav as the headliner.
Following the success of last year’s summit, which drew over 1,000 attendees, this year’s gathering aims to deepen the community’s understanding of Hip Hop’s roots in activism and civic engagement. Iz Balleto, Community Engagement Specialist at the Delaware Art Museum and Guerrilla Republik co-founder, emphasized the summit’s purpose: “This event is not just entertainment; it’s an opportunity for empowerment and a chance to learn what Hip Hop culture stands for.”
