On the morning of May 28, Anthony Volino was enjoying breakfast with family when 59-year-old Robert Delehant arrived, insisting he deserved payment for a previous order. Delehant's insistence continued despite Volino’s explanation that the tip had already been digitally processed.When Delehant forced his way inside, Volino sensed danger, especially upon detecting the man's alcohol-laden breath. As tensions escalated, a wrestling match ensued, during which Volino discovered Delehant's firearm. Ultimately, he overpowered the driver, disarming him before calling the police.
