The kin of a man fatally shot multiple times by police has initiated legal action, asserting that law enforcement killed him while he was surrendering and obeying their instructions. Antwan Lindsey, aged 45, was shot 15 times by officers within an apartment complex in Columbus, Ohio, on July 8, 2023.
