Vice President Kamala Harris will deliver a speech on Wednesday, conceding her blistering defeat to Donald Trump in the presidential election, according to reports. Trump improved upon his 2020 performance in both red and blue states, reaching 277 Electoral College votes to Harris’ 224. Only 270 votes are required to win the election.
