Indiana Black Expo has announced a star-studded lineup of entertainment and events& ahead of the 40th annual Circle City Classic.& & Jacob Latimore, actor and R&B recording artist, has been selected as the Grand Marshal for the Circle City Classic Parade at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28 in downtown Indy.& “We are honored to have Jacob Latimore serve as the Grand Marshal for the 40th Circle City Classic Parade,” said Alice Watson, president and CEO of Indiana Black Expo, Inc. “His talent, passion and commitment to excellence make him an inspiration for young people everywhere.
