Kodak Black Released From Jail On Time Served, Throws Rocks At Reporters

Kodak Black has been released from jail after serving more than two months behind bars on a probation violation charge. The hitmaker was released from the Miami Federal Detention Center on Wednesday (Feb. 21) after a Florida judge granted the rapper a sentence of time-served, effectively ending his supervised release. U.S. District Judge Jose Martinez, who handed down the sentence, advised Kodak to “straighten out” his act moving forward to avoid future run-ins with the law. The controversial lyricist was first arrested back in December in Plantation, Fl., after he was found asleep behind the wheel of a SUV. In addition, the oxycodone possession charge was nixed due to the Bradford Cohen, Kodak’s attorney, providing proof that the rapper was prescribed the drug by a pharmacy.
