The specifications related to the services requested are set forth in the RFP which is available at the City of Pittsburgh’s website at www.pittsburghpa.gov/finance. In order to compete for the professional services, a proposer must complete all required attachments and disclosures set forth in the RFP. & THE PITTSBURGH PARKS CONSERVANCY is accepting bids for the Mellon Park Entrance and Signage Improvement Project.
