Thursday night at Ford Field, things got heated. And that was before the game’s commencement. Green Bay coach Matt LaFleur got into a violent argument with a supporter on the field before the Packers vs Lions game on “Thursday Night Football.”
LaFleur didn’t take it well when a fan wearing a Lions No. 32 Brian Branch shirt appeared to start jawing at him while the players on the field were raising an American flag.

Some online lip readers claim that the coach began jawing and pointing at the Lions fan, seemingly saying, “Shut the f–k up”. At least two of the game officials, along with Packers players and crew, had to assist in separating the two.

Before a crucial game between the NFC North rivals, the Packers (9-3) were two games behind the Lions (11-1) in the division. It was an odd moment. The Prime Video “Thursday Night Football” crew was thrilled by the Packers’ apparent readiness to make it to the postseason again after making it last year with Jordan Love at quarterback.
