Services include, but are not limited to, labor support, postpartum support, perinatal fitness classes, support groups, and childbirth education.  Provided The Doulas are nonmedical support providers experienced in childbirth and/or postpartum care. They can provide emotional support, non-pharmacological pain relief, education, and hold space for you. Prenatal education, labor support, and postpartum support helps birthing parents know what is happening with their bodies, make informed decisions about their birth journey, and feel confident and valued throughout the process. You matter, and in a system where the person often takes a back seat to the policies of the health care institution, sometimes we all need someone to help us advocate for ourselves.
