Me & She Doulas, at 5900 Glenway Ave., Cincinnati, is owned and operated by Sesheta Tafari, provides perinatal services for pregnant and postpartum individuals. Services include, but are not limited to, labor support, postpartum support, perinatal fitness classes, support groups, and childbirth education.

The Doulas are nonmedical support providers experienced in childbirth and/or postpartum care. They can provide emotional support, non-pharmacological pain relief, education, and hold space for you. Prenatal education, labor support, and postpartum support helps birthing parents know what is happening with their bodies, make informed decisions about their birth journey, and feel confident and valued throughout the process. You matter, and in a system where the person often takes a back seat to the policies of the health care institution, sometimes we all need someone to help us advocate for ourselves. We especially have a passion for bridging the gap to bring doula services to families of all income levels through our Community Doula Program with sponsors like CareSource.
