Over 100 Nonprofits Benefited From Funding in the 2025 Annual Grants Program

The 2025 Annual Grants Program in Indianapolis allocated nearly $2 million to enhance the nonprofit arts landscape. On May 6, the Indy Arts Council identified the 101 organizations benefiting from this initiative. Mayor Joe Hogsett emphasized the arts' integral role in the city’s economy and cultural richness. Since 1987, the program has evolved, recently prioritizing equity, resulting in a 28% rise in support for BIPOC-led groups.
