About two hours later, a fire service crew rushed to Bexon, Castries, where a vehicle ran off the road and crashed into a tree.
The responders transported the driver, who had sustained multiple injuries including fractures, to the OKEU Hospital.
According to reports, another individual declined emergency transportation to the medical facility.
