NBA STAR CHRISTIAN WOOD GETS SOLE CUSTODY OF HIS 10-MONTH-OLD SON

NBA star Christian Wood has secured a legal victory in his ongoing feud with his ex-girlfriend and mother of his child, Yasmine Lopez. The Lakers star was& awarded a permanent restraining order against Lopez following a court hearing this week in Los Angeles Superior Court. Additionally, he was granted sole custody of their 10-month-old son, Kobe Wood. According to court documents obtained by Radaronline, the ruling came after Lopez failed to appear in court, resulting in an uncontested ruling in Wood’s favor. “The responding party was given notice and an opportunity to be heard, as provided by the laws of the State of California. There are no calls, check-ins, or appearances by or on behalf of the Respondent,” the order read. The restraining order is set to remain in effect until April 30, 2027. The victory comes after a string of troubling incidents. In March, Wood was granted a temporary restraining order when Lopez and her friends allegedly trespassed onto his property, vandalizing his car in the process.
