After a recent "successful" operation in Wilton's Yard, the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force (RSLPF) executed a focused operation in Faux-a-Chaud, a challenging Castries neighborhood. Inspector Shervon Matthew, leading the Gangs, Narcotics, and Firearms Unit, reported the arrest of seven individuals for firearm possession. Officers recovered 30 rounds of 5.56mm ammunition, an AR-15 stand, and a magazine. Matthew highlighted the escalating gun violence, warning criminals to cease their activities.
