Otis Redding Foundation Launches Innovative Arts Center: Celebrating the Spirit of Creativity

Notable attendees included Zelma Redding and Mayor Lester Miller. Covering 15,000 square feet, ORCA offers creative labs, classrooms, and an amphitheater, honoring Otis Redding's legacy.
