Parks Outshines Competitors at Carifta Aquatics Championships

Sapphire Parks remains a frontrunner for the high points trophy in her age division, having earned medals in all seven events at the XXXVIII Carifta 2025 Aquatic Championships in Trinidad & Tobago. On Day 3, she added a gold and silver at the National Aquatic Centre. Parks acquired silver in the 200m individual medley, clocking 2:39.73, but triumphed in the 200m butterfly, securing gold in 2:39.04. Antoine Destang captured bronze in the 100m freestyle. Saint Lucia’s 10-member team, with 16 entries, aims to surpass last year’s medal count.
