NASHVILLE, TN – Tonight at 7 pm, Nashville PBS hosts an exciting live taping of The Good In Us during the A Slice of Community event at 161 Rains Avenue. This free event requires reservations, with the taping commencing at 8 pm. Jerome Moore, host and producer, expressed his enthusiasm for showcasing community-led initiatives, drawing from his extensive experience in Nashville and international service with the Peace Corps. He aims to highlight exceptional projects and individuals committed to fostering positive change. About 200 attendees are expected, enabling a meaningful exchange regarding the show’s impact. Renowned panelists joining Moore include Ashford Hughes Sr., Lonnell Matthews, and Beatriz Ordaz Remirez. The program, funded by a Corporation of Public Broadcasting grant, seeks to celebrate volunteerism and local heroes, mirroring the ethos of the Dirty Jobs series.
