Sacramento Resources Fair Equips Women for Their Next Chapter

On Saturday, women experiencing economic challenges or seeking to rejoin the workforce were uplifted during a complimentary professional attire giveaway and resource fair organized by the Sacramento Chapter of The Links, Incorporated. Titled “Wardrobe for Change,” this event provided gently used clothing and essential support for job preparedness. Additionally, the fair featured immediate interviews conducted by the Sacramento City Unified School District, a mindfulness booth, and activities for children, fostering an inclusive atmosphere. Chapter President Teresa Aldredge emphasized the initiative’s empowering mission amid economic uncertainty, aiming to instill confidence in attendees.
