OECS Robotics Association Taps Stanislas-Pascal and Patrick From St. Lucia

The Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States Robotics Association has selected Vertilia Stanislas-Pascal and Keeghan Patrick as delegates for Saint Lucia. This innovative pair joins a regional effort aimed at promoting education, creativity, and technological advancement throughout the OECS.Stanislas-Pascal, a seasoned educator with nearly twenty years of experience, perceives her new position as an opportunity to enhance national growth through STEAM—science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. "It’s both an honour and a humbling experience to be entrusted with this responsibility,” she remarked to St. Lucia Times, highlighting her enduring enthusiasm for robotics and her goal to motivate young minds.Working alongside Keeghan Patrick, CEO of Orbtronics, Stanislas-Pascal plans to initiate local robotics projects and collaborate with national stakeholders. Patrick also expressed excitement about the forthcoming inaugural OECS Super Regional Robotics Challenge, scheduled for 2026, aspiring for it to foster the next generation of engineers and innovators within the Caribbean's technology sector.
