SCOTUS Decision: Narrowing Federal Judges' Power to Halt Nationwide Executive Actions

The conservative supermajority of the Supreme Court has once again shaped the legal landscape by restricting the federal judiciary's capacity to issue nationwide injunctions against the Trump administration's extreme and dictatorial policies. This ruling primarily appears to benefit President Trump rather than uphold the Constitution and protect the rights of the American populace. While this decision complicates efforts to halt unlawful Trump administration policies, the ongoing fight to safeguard birthright citizenship and essential rights remains steadfast.
For over a century, a fundamental principle of American law asserts that individuals born on U.S. soil are citizens. Trump's unlawful initiatives aimed at undermining birthright citizenship blatantly contravene the Fourteenth Amendment, which enshrines the equality of African Americans in the eyes of the law. It is unequivocal that Trump holds no power to unilaterally alter the Constitution and any challenge to this principle is patently absurd.
