Anthony Broadway, the towing company owner, expressed profound disrespect and trauma among his staff, highlighting the overwhelming pressure they faced during this encounter. Ultimately, the Greensboro City Attorney informed the officers of their legal missteps, confirming they had no authority to seize the car.
