In this pivotal position, Toon will oversee legal compliance, direct business strategy, and aid in the expansion of the organization's varied portfolio. With a robust background in legal advisory and corporate strategy, Toon possesses extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, early-stage financing, and navigating complex regulatory landscapes.Toon will partner closely with the MMCV Executive Leadership team to structure agreements, optimize operations, and support the organization's growth trajectory. “We are thrilled to welcome De-Vena to our team.
