Vice President Kamala Harris is moving full steam ahead after a huge groundswell of support in the last nine days. After Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear stumped for Harris in Forsyth County on Sunday, the Harris campaign has maintained unprecedented momentum.Ahead of today’s rally in Atlanta, the Harris campaign has attracted new volunteers. 190,000 new volunteers signed up over the weekend, bringing the total to 360,000. Additionally, Vice President Harris’s campaign has raised over $200 million in less than a week. Two-thirds of these contributions are from first-time donors.“The infrastructure this campaign built to have the staffing, the volunteer infrastructure, the training, the collateral, the voter contact guidance and mechanisms, has been built diligently from the winter,” said Battleground States Director Dan Kanninen. “When you add to that, this incredible groundswell of support, all of those people get plugged in infrastructure that already exists. That’s primed and ready to turn that into direct action.” During a White Dudes for Harris call Monday evening, more than 120,000 White men raised $2 million for the Harris campaign in the first 20 minutes.
