Join a six-week, psychologist-led series for moms and babies ages 6 weeks to 6 months. They aim to foster community and connection through weekly topical discussions and developmental play. Topics will include navigating maternal identity, self-care with an infant, evolving relationships, mom guilt and more. They hope to provide a weekly touchstone for support as you build your village and navigate the postpartum journey. Attendees must register. Black Student Mixer – Noon-2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 4, at Sierra College, Rocklin.
