Willa Dorsey Taylor passes at age 99

Willa Dorsey Taylor passed away on February 12, 2024, at the age of 99.& She is survived by her daughter, former Metro Council Member and State Representative Edith Taylor Langster, son Wallace (Sandra) H. Taylor, Jr., five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.& Family and friends held a public viewing on Monday, February 19, 2024 at Lewis and Wright Funeral Home, 2500 Clarksville Pike, Nashville, TN 37208.& Visitation was Tuesday, February 20 at Clark Memorial United Methodist Church, Nashville, TN 37208 with Celebration of Life Services following visitation.
