Dove Productions, in collaboration with Island Ripple, recently conducted the official Prize Giving Ceremony for the Independence Gold Cuisine Challenge at Kafetye Café in Pointe Seraphine, Castries. This culinary event honored St. Lucia's 46th Independence Anniversary, featuring the national dish, Green Fig and Saltfish, prepared by seven gifted chefs from prestigious resorts. Each chef shared heartfelt memories and inspirations, all under the discerning eye of Chef Orlando Satchell as judge. Chef Davidson Henry triumphed with his creative Iyanola Rolls, earning a coveted Champion Chef’s Jacket and additional prizes.
