Defending champions Saint Lucia, led by an all-round performance from Shadrack Descartes, handed perennial rivals St Vincent & the Grenadines a three-wicket defeat at the Daren Sammy Cricket Ground on Thursday in the Windward Islands Senior Men 50-Over Tournament.
