Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the act of May 19, 1995, P.L. 4, No. 1995-2, notice is hereby given that GRHH CSOK LLC, RDM CSOK LLC, and MRH CSOK LLC have submitted to the Department of Environmental Protection a Notice of Intent to Remediate for a site located at 5317 William Flynn Highway, Gibsonia, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. This Notice of Intent to Remediate states that the site was formerly used as an automobile service garage and retail petroleum fueling station. The site has been found to be contaminated with petroleum constituents which has contaminated soil and groundwater on the site. GRHH CSOK LLC, RDM CSOK LLC, and MRH CSOK LLC have selected the statewide health standard and they have indicated that the proposed remediation measures will be soil removal.
