Running from January 24 to May 16 at Blue Shield of California Promise Health Plan’s community resource center in Long Beach, participants will be provided free career development support.Kellie Todd Griffin, President and CEO of CBWCEI, highlighted that this program is "for Black women, by Black women," equipping them with essential tools for career training. The curriculum includes mentorship, resume development, and group training sessions, alongside financial literacy.
